Last Saturday, CJ was in Melbourne at a conference. Meanwhile the weather was perfect here in Sale for my first long walk - over an hour walking around the Big Lake in Sale in the wheelchair. Saw the ducks and swans and birds. In the end I got a sore bum and lots of Vitamin D and Kerry got real tired pushing me around in the chair. Can't understand why she didn't use the motorised one!
